I was referred to Presidential Construction by my insurance agent. When we decided to replace our roof I did get a few other quotes but decided on Presidential. Dealing with the company has been totally trouble free. The work was completed quickly and the quality of the work was excellent.

Jake was great to work with! Informative, patient, responsive, and just a genuinely nice guy! He helped us choose the right color and style of shingles, and gave us a few addresses to drive by to see other roofs he had installed. Even got some drone pictures of our house after the roof was complete! Overall a great experience!!

Jake and his team are fantastic! They do a great job on roof jobs, big and small, they even did a small patch on my roof after a storm, but no one can beat the customer service. Jake goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right. He's the guy that'll remember your name years later and ask you about your family when you run into him at the grocery store. As a Realtor, I love recommending him because of all the great feedback I get from my clients!

We were concerned about our roof. Jake came and looked at the roof. He made the necessary repairs and counseled us not to file a claim because we wouldn't be approved. He kept us from wasting our time and kept our roof in shape. Great service! Highly recommend!

Jake was extremely responsive when scheduling a roof inspection. He was able to fit us in with his busy schedule given then most recent round of storms. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a quality report, and was honest with his opinion on the shape of our roof. He certainly wasn't out to get one over on us and make a quick buck. Had a great experience getting a new roof with these guys. The service was quick, less than 3 weeks from when I made the call the new roof was installed. Big Jake even climbed into my attic to take some pictures of the wood and worked with the insurance adjuster to get a complete re-deck covered. It was great working with a smaller company because I could get ahold of the owners whenever had any questions.

Great organization to work with. Constant communication and updates as we worked through the entire process. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. I had an issue with my gutter guards after the roof was completed on a Friday evening and the owner was on site the very next morning and all was corrected the following work day. Not sure you can ask more of a company that stands behind there every promise. I will use Presidential for any future needs and have already recommended them to others as I myself have been in the construction industry for 45 years and there service was second to NONE !

The team was professional, on time, and got the job done efficiently. They explained everything clearly and made sure the roof was in perfect condition.
